The palate is gently sweet, soft and warm. Good correspondence with the olfactory sensations from the excellent freshness and great persistence.<br \/>\nThe elegant taste full of aromas is distinguished by great freshness and savoriness.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent served at (14\u00b0\/16\u00b0), with medium-aged blue cheeses, foes gras, or dishes that evoke sweet and sour such as caponata. Wine to be paired with fairly sweet and complex desserts or with dry baked goods and pastries of medium texture,<br \/>\nbut also wine-dessert to drink and enjoy even without any pairing to close a dinner or after-dinner party.
