Marsala Vintage 1994 – Superior

Bright amber color with topaz yellow highlights. Intense, broad and enveloping with sweet fruity notes of apricot in alcohol, candied orange peel, dried figs, dates, and roasted almonds.
Spiced with vanilla and cinnamon, chocolate and ground coffee. The palate is gently sweet, soft and warm. Good correspondence with the olfactory sensations from the excellent freshness and great persistence.
The elegant taste full of aromas is distinguished by great freshness and savoriness.

Excellent served at (14°/16°), with medium-aged blue cheeses, foes gras, or dishes that evoke sweet and sour such as caponata. Wine to be paired with fairly sweet and complex desserts or with dry baked goods and pastries of medium texture,
but also wine-dessert to drink and enjoy even without any pairing to close a dinner or after-dinner party. Recommended to be served in a tulip-shaped goblet of medium size.
