Passito

Made from Zibibbo grapes, harvested in late September, carefully selected and dried on the vine. Brief aging in oak barrels allows for a perfect balance of sweetness and alcohol content. An aromatic, elegant and enveloping, persistent wine with intense aromas with fruity notes of candied peel and raisins.

Serve chilled (8°/10°), pairing it with all types of desserts: baked, ricotta-based, dry and almond desserts. Great for accompanying dark chocolate.
